Enclosed sauna depth: 4′. Approximate exterior size: 72″ barrel diameter plus the 4″ support platform. Final measurements are confirmed in writing. The porch adds 2′ of depth to every size.
Heater
The base price excludes the heater. Every size offers:
- No heater (+$0) — the builder asks you to confirm that you meant to leave it out.
- 6 kW heater +$1,500
- 8 kW · Wi-Fi controls +$3,000
Final heater specifications are confirmed in writing with your order.
Roof kit and porch
- Roof kit — exterior roof protection: 2-person +$350, 4-person +$450, 6-person +$500.
- Porch — an extended entry landing, +$500 on any size; it adds 2′ of total depth (for example 6′ deep becomes 8′ total depth).
- If you leave out the roof kit or heater, the builder checks that you meant to before you continue.

What’s included
- Taxes, delivery, site preparation, foundations or pads, permits, inspections, electrical work, plumbing, utility upgrades and installation are additional unless your written order specifically includes them.
- Website prices, builder totals and dimensions are estimates until your order is confirmed: the final products, specifications, materials, options, price and scope are confirmed in writing (Terms of Sale).
- Natural wood varies — grain, knots, tone, checking and weathering are part of the material, and finished products are not identical to concept images in every detail.
Planning your space
- Share accurate site and access details before the order is finalized: gates, slopes, narrow roads, stairs, soft ground or HOA restrictions can all affect delivery.
- Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
- Customer-side approvals and permits are your responsibility unless your written order assigns them to Rooted Oax.

Cedar Haven questions
Is the heater included in the $3,495 price?
No. $3,495 is the 2-person base price. Add the 6 kW heater (+$1,500) or the 8 kW · Wi-Fi controls (+$3,000) — so a 2-person Cedar Haven with the 6 kW heater is $4,995.
What does the porch change?
The porch adds an extended entry landing and 2′ of depth (2-person: 4′ → 6′; 4-person: 6′ → 8′; 6-person: 8′ → 10′). It costs +$500 on any size.
Can I see it in 3D?
Yes. Open the Cedar Haven builder and select the 3D tile in the gallery: the interactive model opens with your selected size, roof and porch, and can be viewed full screen.
Can I order online?
Fully priced saunas and cold plunges show a “Buy now” button in the builder. When online checkout is open it takes you to secure Stripe checkout (card, or Affirm financing subject to approval); sales tax is added there, and delivery is arranged and quoted separately after purchase. Anything not yet priced — or any build you would rather discuss first — goes through a quote request or a free consultation instead.
Are the photos of the exact sauna I will receive?
Most product images on this site are design inspiration or concept renders, not photographs of completed customer installations. They show the general look and configuration; natural wood and finish details will vary, and your written order describes what you are buying.
Do I need an electrician?
Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
