- Product-specific warranty terms are provided in writing; heaters, chillers and other third-party components also carry their manufacturers’ warranties.
How a build works

Design it
Use a builder to choose the size, heater, roof and options. Priced builds show their price as you go.
- Step 2
Order or ask
Buy a fully priced build online when checkout is open, or request a quote or a free consultation.
- Step 3
Confirm the details
We confirm specifications, site access and delivery with you in writing.
- Step 4
Plan your site
Delivery and any included placement or installation follow your confirmed order.
What we ask of you
- Share accurate site and access details before the order is finalized: gates, slopes, narrow roads, stairs, soft ground or HOA restrictions can all affect delivery.
- Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
- Customer-side approvals and permits are your responsibility unless your written order assigns them to Rooted Oax.
