Base prices exclude the heater. Choose no heater or one of the heaters offered for your size in the builder (from +$1,200); some larger heaters await a sizing confirmation for certain sizes and can’t be ordered yet.
How to choose
- Shape and character. The Cedar Haven is the classic round barrel; the Ember Retreat is a compact pod with a glass entry in its concept renders; the Alpine Sanctuary uses framed construction instead of sauna bands.
- Who will use it. 2-person sizes suit personal use, 4-person sizes small groups and 6-person sizes larger sessions. For 7 or more, ask about a custom Alpine Sanctuary build.
- Your space. Check the footprint and height against where it will sit, including room for the door and any porch. If you are not sure yet, the quiz will help you narrow it down.
- Explore it in 3D. The Cedar Haven builder includes an interactive 3D model that follows your size, roof and porch choices.
What’s included
- Taxes, delivery, site preparation, foundations or pads, permits, inspections, electrical work, plumbing, utility upgrades and installation are additional unless your written order specifically includes them.
- Website prices, builder totals and dimensions are estimates until your order is confirmed: the final products, specifications, materials, options, price and scope are confirmed in writing (Terms of Sale).
- Natural wood varies — grain, knots, tone, checking and weathering are part of the material, and finished products are not identical to concept images in every detail.

Sauna questions
Is the builder price the final price?
The builder shows the website price for the size, heater and options you choose. Taxes, delivery, site preparation, electrical work and installation are additional unless your order includes them, and — as the Terms of Sale explain — specifications and dimensions are confirmed in writing with your order.
Is a heater included?
No — base prices exclude the heater. In the Cedar Haven builder you can choose 6 kW heater (+$1,500) or 8 kW · Wi-Fi controls (+$3,000), or no heater. Ember Retreat heater choices depend on the size; see its page for the list.
Can I order online?
Fully priced saunas and cold plunges show a “Buy now” button in the builder. When online checkout is open it takes you to secure Stripe checkout (card, or Affirm financing subject to approval); sales tax is added there, and delivery is arranged and quoted separately after purchase. Anything not yet priced — or any build you would rather discuss first — goes through a quote request or a free consultation instead.
Do I need an electrician?
Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
Are the photos of the exact sauna I will receive?
Most product images on this site are design inspiration or concept renders, not photographs of completed customer installations. They show the general look and configuration; natural wood and finish details will vary, and your written order describes what you are buying.
