Quotes, configurators and orders

Website prices, configurator totals, dimensions and availability are estimates unless a page expressly says otherwise. A purchase becomes an accepted Rooted Oax order only when the final products, specifications, materials, options, price, payment schedule and scope are confirmed in writing and any required payment is accepted.

What is included

Taxes, shipping or delivery, site preparation, foundations or pads, permits, inspections, electrical work, plumbing work, utility upgrades and installation are not included unless the written order specifically says they are.

Natural materials and design imagery

Wood grain, knots, tone, checking, weathering, finish and other natural-material characteristics vary. Photographs and renderings identified as concepts, inspiration or previews illustrate general appearance and configuration; the finished product will not be visually identical in every detail.

Site information and changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate site and access information and for customer-side approvals or permits unless the written order assigns those responsibilities to Rooted Oax. Requested changes after approval can affect price, materials and timing and must be confirmed in writing.

Third-party equipment

Heaters, chillers, pumps, controls and other third-party components may have separate manufacturer instructions and warranties. Rooted Oax workmanship/service coverage is described separately from manufacturer coverage.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
