Timing

Build, fulfillment and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed in writing. Material availability, weather, carrier conditions, site readiness and other circumstances can affect timing. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

Access and placement

The written order will identify the agreed delivery method and any included placement or installation. Customers should disclose gates, slopes, narrow roads, stairs, soft ground, HOA restrictions and other access conditions that could affect safe delivery before the order is finalized.

Inspection

Please inspect products promptly after delivery and report visible shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect shipment as soon as reasonably possible, including photographs when helpful. Carrier-specific reporting deadlines may also apply.

Accessories

Accessory shipping charges and any available delivery estimates will be shown or confirmed before payment when live checkout is enabled.
