Fully priced saunas and cold plunges show a “Buy now” button in the builder. When online checkout is open it takes you to secure Stripe checkout (card, or Affirm financing subject to approval); sales tax is added there, and delivery is arranged and quoted separately after purchase. Anything not yet priced — or any build you would rather discuss first — goes through a quote request or a free consultation instead.

The Cedar Haven (from $3,495), Ember Retreat (from $3,495) and Glacier Reserve (from $3,200) builders are fully priced. The Alpine Sanctuary’s pricing is coming soon, so it goes through a quote request; heaters that await a sizing confirmation can’t be ordered yet.

After an online purchase, Rooted Oax contacts you to confirm site access, the delivery method and any delivery charge before your build is scheduled. The Alpine Sanctuary offers custom 7+ person builds, and you can describe any larger layout or specific requirement in the quote form.

Build, fulfillment and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed in writing. Material availability, weather, carrier conditions and site readiness can affect timing, and Rooted Oax will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

Share accurate site and access details before the order is finalized: gates, slopes, narrow roads, stairs, soft ground or HOA restrictions can all affect delivery. The site preparation guide lists what to check and send.

Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

Inspect products promptly and report visible shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect shipment as soon as reasonably possible, with photographs when helpful.

Most product images on this site are design inspiration or concept renders, not photographs of completed customer installations. They show the general look and configuration; natural wood and finish details will vary, and your written order describes what you are buying.

The written warranty supplied for your product identifies the covered product, coverage period, exclusions and remedy. Heaters, chillers, pumps and other third-party components may be covered separately by their manufacturers.

Cedar is a natural material: grain, colour, knots, modest checking, movement and weathering occur over time. Use wood-care products approved for your sauna interior or exterior and confirm they suit the finish and ventilation.
