Rooted Oax workmanship

The applicable Rooted Oax written warranty will identify the covered product, coverage period, exclusions and available remedy. This website does not create a longer or broader warranty than the written warranty supplied for the purchased product.

Natural wood

Wood is a natural material. Grain, color variation, knots, modest checking, dimensional movement and weathering can occur and are evaluated differently from a workmanship defect. Care and environmental conditions can affect appearance and service life.

Third-party components

Heaters, chillers, pumps, controls and other third-party components may be covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Rooted Oax can help identify the appropriate support path, but manufacturer warranty terms remain separate from Rooted Oax workmanship coverage.

Installation, modification and maintenance

Warranty coverage can be affected by improper site conditions, installation contrary to written instructions, unauthorized modification, misuse, lack of required maintenance or use of incompatible equipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
