Water care
- Follow the chiller and tub manufacturer’s treatment instructions, and never combine chemicals.
- Use only treatment and filters that are compatible with your tub, chiller and water-care program.
- Cold plunge accessories such as test strips, a floating thermometer and replacement filters are shown in the shop (currently out of stock).
Planning your space
- Share accurate site and access details before the order is finalized: gates, slopes, narrow roads, stairs, soft ground or HOA restrictions can all affect delivery.
- Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
- Customer-side approvals and permits are your responsibility unless your written order assigns them to Rooted Oax.

What is T1-11?
T1-11 is a grooved exterior siding panel. Choose full T1-11 siding, half cedar / half siding, or full cedar.
Is a chiller included in the base price?
No. The chiller is optional: the standard chiller adds $300 and the performance chiller adds $2,000.
Can I order online?
Fully priced saunas and cold plunges show a “Buy now” button in the builder. When online checkout is open it takes you to secure Stripe checkout (card, or Affirm financing subject to approval); sales tax is added there, and delivery is arranged and quoted separately after purchase. Anything not yet priced — or any build you would rather discuss first — goes through a quote request or a free consultation instead.
What is not included in the price?
Taxes, delivery, site preparation, foundations or pads, permits, inspections, electrical work, plumbing, utility upgrades and installation are additional unless your written order specifically includes them.
Do I need an electrician?
Electrical, plumbing and structural work should be done by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Circuits, GFCI protection, clearances, ventilation, drainage and equipment placement must follow local codes and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
How ordering works
- Design it in the builder: size, exterior finish and chiller. Priced builds show their total as you go.
- Order or ask. Buy a fully priced build online when checkout is open, or send a quote request / book a free consultation.
- Confirm in writing. Final specifications, price, payment schedule, site access and delivery are confirmed in your written order (Terms of Sale).
